Welcome to Learn Maths Online Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online learning platform, AI Maths Tutors, videos, downloadable resources, and associated services (collectively, “the Services”).

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential. Sharing login details or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
- If we believe account sharing has occurred, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately and without refund.
2. Permitted Use of the Services
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
You agree not to:
- Copy, download, screen-record, store, print, distribute, or share learning materials, videos, diagrams, question banks, or written explanations except where expressly permitted.
- Transfer, sell, or trade your account or access.
- Use the Services to assist cheating or academic dishonesty, including submitting AI-generated answers as your own work.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract datasets, explanations, or question banks for external use.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or bypass any security features of the platform.
Any prohibited activity may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
3. Intellectual Property
All work produced and distributed through the Services - including videos, diagrams, documents, questions, explanations, AI content, graphics, and code - is the exclusive property of Learn Maths Online Ltd, unless otherwise stated.
These materials are protected by copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, store, or create derivative works based on any content without our written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
4. Disclaimer of Educational Outcomes
Learn Maths Online Ltd makes every effort to provide accurate educational materials. However:
- We make no guarantee of examination grades, academic results, or school performance.
- All content is provided for educational support only and should not be solely relied upon for formal assessment.
You use all content and learning features at your own discretion and risk.
5. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds (if applicable)
- Paid subscriptions provide access to the Services for the period purchased.
- Refunds are not provided where access has been used, where the account has been shared, or where the platform has been accessed in breach of these Terms.
If a subscription cannot be fulfilled due to a technical failure on our side, we will provide either:
- restoration of access, or
- a proportional refund for the period affected.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if:
- these Terms are breached,
- account sharing or duplication is detected,
- unauthorised downloading or redistribution of materials occurs,
- platform misuse or interference is detected.
Termination may occur without notice and without refund where misuse has taken place.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Maths Online Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from use or inability to use the Services, including:
- loss of opportunity,
- loss of data or academic outcome,
- business interruption,
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where applicable under UK law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn Maths Online Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal costs) arising out of:
- misuse of the Services,
- breach of these Terms,
- unauthorised copying or distribution of materials,
- violation of any law or third-party rights.
9. Changes to the Services
We reserve the right to:
- add, modify, or remove features,
- update or replace content,
- change pricing or subscription structures,
at any time to improve the platform or maintain compliance with legal requirements. - Where material changes significantly affect user access, we will provide reasonable notice.
